REQUIRED ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

Below is a clear checklist of the documents every candidate needs to prepare and submit during the application process:

Basic Application Documents:

Photocopy of passport – required immediately. Based on the passport, we set up the student account and generate the personal questionnaire along with the application for admission, the oath, and the educational service agreement (the original passport must be presented for verification during the final step).

1 current colour passport photo meeting official standards (dimensions: 35 mm x 45 mm).

Confirmation of payment for recruitment and administration fees (in accordance with the regulations for the given academic year).

Educational and Language Proficiency Documents:

Photocopy of the document qualifying you for higher education (respectively: High School Diploma for Bachelor degree studies or a Higher Education Degree Certificate with an academic transcript/supplement for Master degree studies) – the document must be legalized or bear an Apostille clause (original required for inspection).

Documents confirming proficiency in the language of instruction – an official certificate or document confirming English language skills at a level that enables you to undertake studies.

Certified translation of documents – all documents must be translated into Polish by a sworn translator from the list of translators accepted by the Polish government.

Confirmation of diploma status (NAWA) – an official document from the National Agency for Academic Exchange confirming that your foreign diploma entitles you to continue your education.

Additional Formalities:

Confirmation of personal data change: A document confirming a change of name or surname (e.g., a marriage certificate), required only if the details on your certificates or diplomas differ from your current passport.
